Tutorial: Starry New Year’s Nail Art

Here’s a *very* quick and simple nail art design I wanted to share with everyone for New Year’s! These work great if you’re short on time, or just don’t want to spend too long on a design. You’ll only need a few things.. Products Used:

OPI – Natural Nail Base Coat

CND – Black Pool

Kiss Nail Art Starter Kit

CND – Vinylux Top Coat
